Leona Lewis opted for a sleek 'do at this year's MTV Europe Music Awards in Berlin.

The X Factor winner had straight hair from the roots to mid-length, then curls lightly combed through to create loose ringlets.

Leona's hair is pinned to one side so the volume is concentrated, resulting in a striking look.

This hairstyle opens up the face, framing only one side, enabling more daring make-up.
