Scarlett Johansson used to dream of being like legendary crooner Frank Sinatra.

The actress, 24, is a huge fan of the late singer.

‘I always wanted to be Frank Sinatra,’ says Scarlett.

‘Even as a little kid I always thought I’d grow up and sound like him. I’m still waiting for that to happen.’

Scarlett is releasing an album called The Break-Up with Pete Yorn.

‘I think all singers are acting, whether it's their lyrics or another writer's lyrics, they are performing,’ she tells The Times. ' I don't think the two are dissimilar.’

Frank died from a heart attack in May 1998, aged 82.
