Estelle looked fab when she turned up at the BET Awards in LA sporting electric blue eyeshadow. She’s used a shimmery shade and then defined her eyes with a slick of black liquid liner along her upper lash line, finishing with a sheer gloss on her lips. Here’s how to get the look.
