Janet Jackson talked publicly following the death of her brother Michael Jackson at the 2009 BET Awards.

The singer, 43, looked close to tears as she spoke about the star who died last Thursday.

Jamie Foxx and Ne-Yo sang I'll Be There at the show.

The BET Awards will air in the UK on Saturday 4 July on Freesat channel 142 from 8pm.
