Singer's former wife is in shock over his sudden death

Lisa Marie Presley is now married to Michael Lockwood

Lisa Marie Presley is devastated about the tragic death of her ex-husband Michael Jackson.

The TV star, 41, married the pop legend in 1994 after a whirlwind romance but they split 20 months later.

‘I am so very sad and confused with every emotion possible,’ Lisa says in a statement.

‘I am heartbroken for his children who I know were everything to him and for his family.

'This is such a massive loss on so many levels, words fail me.’

Michael died at the age of 50 from a suspected heart attack yesterday afternoon.

Paramedics tried to revive him but he was pronounced dead in hospital at 2.26pm.
