Britain's Got Talent star
Fred Bowers is no longer receiving his disability benefit.
The 73-year-old says the allowance has been suspended while the
Department For Work And Pensions investigates.
Fred, who has a leg injury, managed to breakdance his way into the live finals of the hit ITV show.
‘I've still got an actual disability and I can't walk very far but I can still dance,’ he tells the BBC. ‘I use my head and back more while I'm dancing.
‘I'm a comedian while I am up on stage, it makes people laugh. I just want to make people happy.’
A spokesman for the DWP says: ‘We do investigate and take seriously all accusations of fraudulent claims.’
