Cheryl Cole is looking forward to having kids with husband Ashley

Cheryl Cole is keen to start a family with husband Ashley Cole.

The Girls Aloud star has always longed to be a mum.

‘It’s definitely a big part of what I want to do,’ says Cheryl. ‘I don’t think it would be the same if we didn’t have kids.

'I think you either want to have a family or you don’t and I really, really do.’

Cheryl, 25, realises that motherhood for any of the group would affect the future of Girls Aloud.

‘That’s just a natural progression,’ she tells OK! ‘I’m sure we’ll all be very tired and have to take some time out, but who knows?’
