Kerry Katona: I've booked smear because of Jade Goody

TV star is glad that she's raised awareness

Kerry Katona was seen kissing her husband Mark Croft a day after she announced they were divorcing

Kerry Katona has been moved by Jade Goody’s cancer plight.

And the Big Brother star's campaign has prompted her to arrange a cervical smear.

‘It’s incredible the amount of women that have booked in for smear tests as a result of her illness,’ she says.

‘I’ve even booked myself in.’

Kerry, 28, thinks Jade, 27, was right to sell her story and raise awareness about the disease.

‘I’d have done exactly the same,’ she says.

‘I’d want my kids to know how much I love them and I’d want to get all the money I could for them.’
