Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes out of town for Oscars

Hollywood star will not be at the ceremony

Tom Cruise married Katie Holmes in 2006

Tom Cruise and wife Katie Holmes will not be attending the Oscars this Sunday.

The actor will be out of town, reports Access Hollywood.

Tom, 46, missed last year’s event because he was spending the day with his son Connor, 14.

Although he won’t be there, Tom will be rooting for Tropic Thunder co-star Robert Downey Jr, 43, who has been nominated for Best Supporting Actor.
