WAG said to be unharmed after smash

Alex Curran has two daughters with Liverpool footballer Steven Gerrard

Alex Curran was reportedly involved in a car accident in Merseyside yesterday afternoon.

Footballer Steven Gerrard's wife's black 4x4 was apparently in collision with another vehicle at traffic lights.

Shattered glass and debris were said to be strewn across the road following the rush hour crash.

‘The smash made quite a crunch and their bumpers were damaged but nobody looked hurt,’ a source tells the Daily Mirror.

‘The other driver was wearing a cap and stood next to Alex’s car with his arms folded.

'The pair swapped details before driving off.’

A spokesman for Steven, 28, said: ‘We have spoken about it but he was not involved.'

A rep for Alex, 26, was unavailable for comment.
