Courteney Cox has made a cameo appearance in hit medical comedy Scrubs.
The Friends star, 44, plays chief of medicine Dr Maddox in four episodes of the US programme.
Her first show aired in the US last night.
Courteney also starred in racy drama Dirt after leaving the Friends in 2004.
