Actress released from custody after tests

Heather Locklear was married to Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora for 11 years

Heather Locklear was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication on Saturday.

The actress was taken into custody after a member of the public contacted the California Highway Patrol when they noticed she was driving ‘erratically’.

When officers found her, Heather, 47, had parked her car on a freeway, resulting in one lane being blocked off.

‘In talking with her, the officer determines that she seems to be under the influence of something,’ patrol spokesman Tom Marshall tells the Associated Press.

After being tested for drugs and alcohol, Heather was released.

In June, the former Melrose Place star checked into an Arizona rehab facility for depression.

Heather’s rep was unavailable for comment.
