Actress takes part in campaign to encourage young voters
Thursday, 11 September 2008
Jessica Alba has posed tied up for a new ad promotion.
The actress is raising awareness for Declareyourself.com, which encourages young adults to vote in the US.
And she reckons the snaps – which show her bound in black tape – represent the dangers of not speaking out.
‘I really don't see the point in not registering to vote,’ she says.
‘We sign up for MySpace pages and Facebook pages, and download music off the internet. It makes more sense to spend your time making a change in society - and it actually doesn't take that much time!’
Christina Aguilera and Outkast's Andre 3000 have previously posed for the organisation.
Jessica, 27, gave birth to daughter Honor Marie in June with husband Cash Warren, 29.
