Dita Von Teese models new Wonderbra range

Dita Von Teese has unveiled her new underwear range for Wonderbra.

The burlesque star, 35, has created limited edition items for the firm and modelled them in a series of saucy shots.

‘I am very proud of the lingerie that I’ve created for Wonderbra, because it has all the beautiful detail of sexy, sensual and glamorous lingerie but the fit is perfect to wear under your everyday clothes,’ she explains.

‘I love it when you can go about your daily business with the knowledge that you have a little secret of your own on underneath.’

Dita, who used to be married to goth rocker Marilyn Manson, insists she designed the range to promote body confidence amongst women – and not just for a man’s pleasure.

‘Lingerie shouldn’t be something you just put on for your lover; you should do it for you,’ she says.

‘It’s not about seducing men, it’s about embracing womanhood.’

Wonderbra by Dita Von Teese goes on sale in Europe from 23 September.
