Presenter says she isn't ashamed of having procedure

Fern Britton has come clean about her secret surgery to help her loose weight.
The TV star previously insisted that her new figure was down to exercise and healthy eating.
Whilst presenting This Morning, Fern admits having the procedure over 2 years ago and says that she's not ashamed of her decision.
