Mark Speight will not be facing charges of supplying Class A drugs following the death of fiancée Natasha Collins earlier this year.
The former SMart presenter found Natasha, 31, dead in the bathroom of their London flat on 3 January after a reported cocaine overdose.
An inquest into the death of the model, actress and presenter has cleared Mark, 43, of any responsibility.
A statement released by the Metropolitan Police said: 'Following advice from the Crown Prosecution Service there will be no further action.’
