Antonio Banderas has been ordered by a Spanish court to demolish an extension on his £5m holiday home – 8 years after it was built.
The actor, 47, was unaware that he was given permission to erect a new 300sq ft wing at the beach house near Marbella by corrupt officials.
The men did not have the authority to give the go-ahead.
And now the regional government has revoked the building licence that was issued.
The Malaga court is forcing Antonio, who bought the property with wife Melanie Griffiths 12 years ago, to tear the extension down in the next 8 weeks, reports the Daily Star.
The couple's lawyers are expected to appeal against the decision.
