Jude Law: I want to get on my bike and go away

Actor feels pressure of being in spotlight

The pressure of fame appears to be getting to Jude Law – he’s revealed that sometimes he considers jacking it all in.

The Alfie star, 35, insists he’d like to live the simple life.

‘There’s part of me that wants to get on my bike and go away and not do anything, to be honest – grow veg and chill out,’ he says.

But Jude admits he’s got to tie up some loose ends before he pursues his dream of anonymity.

‘There are still lots of things I’d like to do,’ he tells Telegraph Magazine.

‘Maybe when that box is ticked, that’s when you can go off, not forever but you can turn your back on it for a while.

'I think I’ve got to find another 10 years in me somewhere. I’ll be frustrated otherwise.’
