Coleen McLoughlin reveals she suffers from cellulite.

But the WAG, 21, says she couldn’t care less.

‘I just speak the truth,’ she says. ‘Women can relate to that. Everyone’s got a bit of cellulite.’

And the shapely fashion guru won’t be seen on a diet anytime soon.

‘Size doesn’t bother me,’ she adds. ‘As long as you’re happy and healthy, you can be an 8 or a 24.’
