Britain’s Got Talent winner Paul Potts has revealed he’ll spend his £100,000 prize on regaining his smile.
The mild-mannered phone salesman has had problems with his teeth ever since he was involved in a childhood accident.
‘When I was 14 I ran into scaffolding and one of my teeth went up behind my nose and got damaged,’ says the 36-year-old.
‘I had a crown put in but it got damaged and the bridge came out.’
Paul, who was £30,000 in debt before entering the talent show, did not have the money to deal with the problem.
Now that he’s got £100k in his pocket, he'll soon be beaming from ear to ear.
‘I want to smile naturally without feeling self-conscious,’ he tells the Daily Mirror.
Let’s hope he gets his new knashers in time for his Royal Variety Performance in December.
