James Nesbitt: I still suck my thumb

Actor admits to childish habit

James Nesbitt has revealed he's got a bizarre babyish habit - sucking his thumb.

The 41-year-old says he can't resist giving the digit a little lick now and then.

'I suck it all day long,' he laughs. 'On the tube, the bus, watching TV...Technically, I don't suck it, I just feather it with my tongue.

Hmm, it obviously feels nice.

'It sounds rude, doesn't it? I love it so much,' the actor admits to Celebs On Sunday. 'People stare at me all the time. Even my kids tell me to stop it.'

We reckon you should take their advice, Jimmy...a fully grown man sucking his thumb? Not a good look.
