Sarah Cawood: Men get in your knickers and then don't call

TV presenter's had enough of flaky fellas

Sarah Cawood

Sarah Cawood has revealed she's fed up of flings - and is now waiting for Mr Right to come calling.

The BBC3 Comic Relief Does Fame Academy presenter says, at 34, she's not up for meaningless encounters.

'It's all about waiting for the right person to come along,' she insists. 'I don't want to do it at any cost. I'm not desperate quite yet, and I'm happy being on my own at the moment, it's quite good fun.

'I don't like sharing my space with people anyway. Boys get in the way. I like them to leave the next morning. Quickly. If they're lucky enough to be invited to stay in the first place, that is.

'But if something really isn't going to go anywhere, I don't bother - there won't even be any getting naked.'

And the pretty pint-sized presenter says drunken one-night stands are a bad idea.

'We have this awful culture in the UK of going out, getting pissed, snogging someone random, taking him home, then waking up the next day and hoping he'll call next week,' she tells Celebs on Sunday. 'But he won't, because he's already got his end away.'

Let that be a warning to you, ladies.
