Matt Lucas gets a Tardis

Dr Who fan splashes out on a full-size replica for boyfriend

Matt Lucas is such a huge Dr Who fan that he's bought a full-size replica Tardis.

The Little Britain star has splashed out on the time-travel machine as a gift for his boyfriend Kevin McGee.

A pal says: 'Kevin was over the moon. They both love watching the Time Lord. Matt's looking to get him a Dalek next.'

Matt, 32, and Kevin, 30, who live in north London, are due to tie the knot in a civil partnership ceremony next month.

Matt tells the Daily Star: 'We've just bought this big house and there's a big Tardis in the middle of it.'
