Tara Palmer-Tomkinson finally has her damaged nose repaired

Original It-girl Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has shelled out £6,000 on a new nose.

The I'm A Celebrity star had the op last week to repair the damage caused by years of cocaine abuse. Doctors removed cartilage from her ears to restructure her collapsed nose.

Tara, 34, kicked her drug habit in 1999 and always said she couldn't face going under the knife - using Botox, fillers and make-up to disguise the dent.

But recent photos of her mishapen nose prompted her to book the operation at London's Princess Grace Hospital last week.
