Comic wants to spend more time with kids
Frankie Boyle plans to quit comedy in two years.
The comedian, 36, regularly appears on panel show Mock The Week.
But his flourishing career means he’s missing out on watching his children grow up.
‘I’m not a performance junkie. I don’t need the fix of adulation,’ he tells The Daily Star Sunday.
‘I’ll give it two more years and then retire.
‘I’ve got two young kids now and I’m not seeing them at all.
‘So in a couple of years I’ll quit performing and try to make a living as a writer, working from home.’
