Amanda Holden missed some BGT auditions

Amanda Holden has told Britain's Got Talent producers to give her more time on air - after being frozen out in favour of newcomer Alesha Dixon.

The 41-year-old has averaged far less camera time than Alesha, 33, while Simon Cowell has logged the most minutes on screen by far.

Amanda's not cross with Alesha at all,' reveals our source.

‘She doesn't blame her, but she wants producers to rectify the situation and make sure she has as much airtime as everyone else.

‘She wasn't there for all the auditions because she was giving birth to her daughter Hollie, but even when she came back she felt she didn't get a look-in.

'The other judges' comments were longer than hers and it was mostly Alesha, Simon and David Walliams interviewing the acts when they first came on stage.'

It's a far cry from last year. Then, Amanda took over Simon's unofficial role as head judge, keeping Michael McIntyre and David Hasselhoff in check.

Now agrees Amanda has a right to feel miffed.

We watched every episode again (it's work, honest!) and calculated that Alesha's racking up nearly a third more airtime, while Simon is getting four times more!
