Millie Mackintosh and her Made In Chelsea co-star Caggie Dunlop are just as close off screen.
Millie, 22, says she's not sure she'd still be with her rapper boyfriend Professor Green, 28, if Caggie, also 22, hadn't got on with him.
'We always run men past each other before things get serious because we really trust each other's opinion,' says Millie.
'When Caggie met Stephen [Manderson, Professor Green's real name], it went really well and she definitely approves.
'But if her opinion of him had been bad, I don't know what I'd have done.'
Caggie recently disappointed fans of the E4 show when it was revealed she'd had the initials of her new boyfriend Joel tattooed on her arm just weeks after finally hooking up with co-star Spencer Matthews.
But Millie isn't judging her best friend.
'She is seeing someone from Australia at the moment,' says Millie.
'I'm really excited about meeting him for the first time.'
