TOWIE's Sam Faiers believes Mark Wright should spread his wings

Mark Wright has been chatting up Pat Sharp's daughter Charlotte and ex Sam Faiers reckons it's good for him to meet new girls.

She also thinks he should date swimwear model Emily Scott, 28, his I'm A Celebrity jungle crush - and stop returning to ex-fiancée Lauren Goodger.

Sam, 20, who called off her six-week relationship with Mark, 24, last month, says: ‘I don't think getting back together with Lauren would be good for him - she keeps bringing him down to where it began.

'I think he should just enjoy himself.

'If he keeps going back, he'll never move on.'
