The Only Way Is Essex's Maria Fowler has given up sunbeds.
‘My mum used to be a total sun worshipper and loved sunbeds, but she's had breast cancer so now she's aware of every type of cancer and it's made me more careful,' Maria, 25, tells us.
'I now think sunbeds are an unnecessary risk.
'I use SPF15 and then go down to SPF8 towards the end of a holiday.
'I burned badly when I was a kid and I have moles, too, so I try to stay vigilant.
'I don't tan easily - if I did use sunbeds I'd have to go about four times a week just to get a little bit of colour.
'I got snapped the other day just after I'd had a spray tan, though, so not only did I get caught with no make-up on, I looked bright orange, too!'
