Dannii Minogue is a big fan of Spanx.

The X Factor judge says she couldn't live without the slimming pants before she got pregnant. 

'I always wear them on the red carpet,' explains Dannii, 38.

'They make my butt into the shape it would be if I was really good and went to the gym and had a personal trainer.'

Dannii and boyfriend Kris Smith welcomed son Ethan Edward Smith on Monday.
