Paris Hilton and Kat McKenzie bonded on the ITV2 show

A woman who took part in Paris Hilton's ITV2 reality show has died suddenly.

Kat McKenzie was a runner-up on Paris Hilton's British Best Friend earlier this year.

The 25-year-old former pole dancer passed away on Friday.

‘I am deeply saddened to hear the tragic news of my friend Kat McKenzie,’ Paris, 28, said in a statement.

‘She was a beautiful, funny, strong and caring person, we spent some amazing times together both in the UK and in Los Angeles.

‘She always knew how to make me laugh and put a smile on my face. It is devastating to hear of her loss, my thoughts and wishes go out to her friends and family. She will be missed.’
