Denise Van Outen admits that she's found relationships difficult in the past because men are intimidated by her success.

The 34-year-old presenter says money can be a big issue.

‘It’s been a problem dating civilians. It’s not so much a fame thing, but financial success,’ Denise reveals.

‘It’s amazing how many male egos can’t deal with a woman who can support herself.

‘It takes a strong man to overcome that,’ she says.

Denise had been dating Any Dream Will Do winner Lee Mead, 27, for the past year.
