Actress says she isn't her normal bubbly self

Anne Hathaway saddened by split with Raffaello Follieri

Anne Hathaway is struggling to deal with her break-up from Italian businessman Raffaello Follieri.

The actress, 25, ended her 4-year relationship with the 29-year-old last weekend.

And she isn’t feeling her usual happy self.

‘My personality is very kind of, you know, girlish, bubbly,’ she said on US TV show The View.

‘Not today...I'm kind of sombre today.’

But when asked to elaborate, she declined to comment: 'Lets not go there.'

The split comes after it emerged Raffaello's charity, The Follieri Foundation, is being investigated by the New York State Attorney General's Office.

Anne’s new film Get Smart opens in US cinemas today.
