Desiging a fashion range with your best friend is SO this season...
Dannii Minogue is about to set Saturday nights on fire on The X Factor with her new range Project D in collaboration with best pal Tabitha Somerset Webb, and now Britain's best-loved supermodel Erin O'Connor is launching She Died Of Beauty, a tongue-in-cheek range of slogan Ts and bags, with long time friend and super-stylist Kate Halfpenny.
'It's a teasing yet affectionate tickle at the fashion industry we continue to love, honour and serve,' the friends explain.
'We loved the idea of twisting a polite sentiment into a naughty yet, frivolously funny statement that we hope will appeal to all.'
As a proven philathropist, in 2007 Erin launched The Model Sanctuary, a peaceful haven for catwalkers away from the pressures of London Fashion Week - it's no surprise that this range has been organically and ethically made, manufactured soley using sustainable energy generated from wind and solar power.
'After all, there's no reason why style and conscience can't co-exist!' declare Erin and Kate.
The collection will be available at www.shediedofbeauty.com, with T-shirts priced at £40 and cotton bags at £20.
