The maxi dress trend just keeps on going and Paris Hilton is the latest A-lister to be spotted in one.

On holiday in Portofino, Italy, she flounced around in her super-glamorous, strapless maxi.

It seems Paris is having an amazing summer holiday sailing around the Med.In a recent Twitter post, she posted a pic of the pretty fishing village, alongside the comment: ‘Portofino is such a beautiful place.'
