Danielle Lloyd claims she was asked to leave her local Tesco in Essex last week.
The WAG - who recently became engaged to Portsmouth footballer Jamie O'Hara - was sporting a £120 pink Juicy Couture tracksuit for her trip to buy groceries.
Danielle, 26, says a male Tesco staff member mistook her outfit for nightwear.
Miffed, she recounted the event on Twitter: ‘I said, "I ain't got pyjamas on."He said, "You sure?" Cheeky **** - Juicy tracky, it's Sunday. They must think they're posh. I don't care what I wear to the shops.'
The Tesco dress code hit the headlines in January after a store in Cardiff put up a sign saying: 'Footwear must be worn at all times and no nightwear is permitted' to discourage mums from turning up in their jim-jams after finishing the school run.
A spokeswoman for Tesco confirms: 'We're not a nightclub with a strict dress code, and jeans and trainers are of course more than welcome.
'We do, however, request that customers do not shop in their PJs or nightgowns.
'This is to avoid causing offence or embarrassment to others.'
