Stars mix it up at MTV Europe Music Awards

Celebs opt for outfit swap at bash

Katy Perry hosted the MTV Europe Music Awards for the second year running

Last night saw stars line the red carpet in a variety of glamorous outfits for the MTV Europe Music Awards.

But a handful of celebrity guests weren't satisfied with just the one ensemble for the evening.

Katy Perry, Leona Lewis and Joss Stone all opted for a red carpet frock swap.

Katy, 25 - who hosted the awards - had a rumoured 12 costume changes including a claret and blue corset and knickers which she wore as a tribute to boyfriend Russell Brand's favourite football team, West Ham.

The I Kissed A Girl Singer also opted for a glamorous floor-length cream gown with black lace detail, as well as a beige mini strapless number for a cuter look.

Joss, 22, went for the combination of a one-shouldered white dress and a louder blue patterned mini with thigh-high boots.

Leona, 24, swapped her leather-look dress with large black netted skirt for a rockier vest top and cropped trousers.

The MTV Europe Music Awards took place at the O2 World in Berlin last night.
