Noel Fielding reckons he was the first person to make goths look cool.
The comedian is fed up of being mistaken for Russell Brand, 33, who has a similar black-based wardrobe.
Noel, 35, insists that Russ - whose favourite black jeans, pointy boots, mascara and ruffled shirt have also been described as Byronic or Dickensian - has copied him.
‘I mean, I have had this look long before he came out and slightly borrowed it,’ he tells Metro.

I really love Noel Fielding, but this has to be the pettiest thing I have ever heard "Ooooh, he stole my look!" Wow.. if that's all you bank on, look out for old age. Besides which, you can't copyright black.
This was said in a jokey way- Noel's not seriously gonna be annoyed by this! They're mates & work together. He's awesome-does always look cool! Ol' Russ is equally great though has his own look I think, Noel's more colourful!
