Hot news: Skechers sign up Ashlee Simpson

Get set to see Jessica's little sister fronting a sexy new campaign...

Skechers have announced that the next celebrity to link up with the fashion footwear brand will be Ashlee Simpson. She’s the latest in a string of stars that have fronted the company including Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears and Robert Downey Jr.

The 21-year-old will be photographed in August after her North American tour. The company stated that ‘Ashlee is the perfect union between fashion and music. We are excited to have her wearing our newest women’s footwear.’ The campaign is launched in late 2006 and will run throughout 2007. You heard it here first.
