R&B singer Cassie looked hot in this off-the-shoulder Brian Reyes 2010 striped dress at the presentation of the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Award this week.
The metallic tulip skirt dress is a great style for this party season - we love the sweetheart neckline.
Cassie rocked up the look by teaming it with zip-up caged sandals.
