Victoria Beckham got mixed reviews on American Idol

The new series of American Idol started yesterday with our very own Victoria Beckham as a guest celebrity judge.

Victoria has seen how much attention fellow WAG Cheryl Cole has had since appearing in The X Factor in the UK over the past two years, and maybe she's hoping that Simon Cowell's magic will rub off on her.

American Idol could well be the making of Posh over in the US, although only time will tell. But as long as she continues to dress to impress, she should manage it.

Last night on the show she teamed a black lace headband with a bright red dress and killer heels.
