Sophie 'Dogface' Reade wins Big Brother

The glamour model beats Siavash to triumph on BB10

Blonde model Sophie 'Dogface' won over viewers

Glamour model Sophie Reade won Big Brother 10 on Friday night with 74.4% of the vote.

Siavash Sabbaghpour finished second.

'I love you, Sophie! You've done it!" he shouted as she was pronounced the winner.

The 20-year-old housemate - originally known as 'Dogface' - put on weight during her stay in the Big Brother house and was devastated to find out one magazine had suggested that she was pregnant.

Viewers enjoyed her romance with Kris -  it started with a backrub,then moved on to a kiss, before evolving into frequent snogs and a bit of nonsense under the duvet.

But will they bother to see each other in the real world? Watch this space.
