Even though Jennifer Aniston could pass for 10 years younger, she's thought to be planning work on her face to erase the lines forming under her eyes - and maybe even a boob lift.

It’s telling that the 40-year-old is considering going under the knife to keep her looks just as Angelina is fighting so hard to keep hold of her man.

Now has already revealed how Brad and Jen enjoyed two secret dates in April, during which the actor poured his heart out to his ex-wife about the perilous state of his relationship with Ange. And he begged Jen’s forgiveness for walking out on their marriage four years ago.

Even as the divorce was being finalised in April 2005, Jen confessed in an interview that she had body insecurities and still loved her husband, saying: ‘Brad’s the kindest person I know and the sweetest goofball on the planet.

'He helps you with your chair in restaurants and opens the car door for you. He’s a gentleman. He accepted me with all my crap and dysfunction and insecurities and struggles. He called me The Leaker because I cry easily.’
