Will.i.am: I missed Fergie’s wedding to Josh Duhamel

But rapper got there in time for the reception

Will.i.am made it up to Fergie at the reception

Will.i.am didn't see his Black Eyed Peas bandmate Fergie exchange vows at her wedding because he was running late.

The singer tied the knot with actor Josh Duhamel on 10 January in Malibu, California.

But Will.i.am, 33, eventually made it to the after-party.

‘I was really late and missed the ceremony but the reception was great,’ he tells the Daily Record.

‘I gave them a bunch of flowers and stuff. I'm so happy for her.’

And he reckons Fergie, 33, and Josh, 36, will have a happy future together.

‘They're just super down to earth, real cats,' he adds. 'To me, they're not celebrities because they're so raw.’
