Lily Allen will not record another series of her BBC3 chat show this year.
The singer was due to front a second series of Lily Allen And Friends.
But the 23-year-old, who is currently promoting her new album Its Not Me, Its You, is ‘too busy’.
'I loved doing the series and I’m definitely interested in discussing ideas in the future,' Lily tells The Sun.
Her decision means BBC3 now has a slot to fill in its 2009 schedule.
‘We’ve got a gap because we’re not doing another Lily Allen show,’ says BBC3 boss Danny Cohen.
‘But I’m hopeful we’ll find something else. We have irons in the fire.’
Its Not Me, Its You is released on 9 February.
