Nicola McLean has revealed the secret to natural-looking curls.

The glamour model was forced to abandon her straighteners when she entered the jungle for I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! last year.

But she still managed to look great.

‘The trick is to wash you hair, then leave the conditioner in,’ she tells Now Online.

‘Don’t wash it out. Then turn your head upside down and scrunch it. Let it dry naturally.’

Nicola, 25, who is engaged to footballer Tom Williams, says she learned a lot about herself while on the show.

‘I don’t wear half as much make-up now,’ she reveals. ‘I’ve learned to be a lot more natural.'
