Singer takes pills to encourage locks to grow
Thursday, 20 November 2008
Will Young has rubbished rumours he’s had a hair transplant.
The singer insists he's opted for medication rather than surgery to keep hold of his barnet.
‘I had a haircut and because there was a step in it, it looked like I had a weave on,’ he tells the Daily Record.
‘I do take pills for my hair as I was losing it before and now, having taken them for three years.
'I was so chuffed when my hair started growing back. But no, I don't have plugs.’
Will, 30, hasn’t ruled out having treatment in the future, though.
‘If the pills stopped working, then I would quite happily. Losing your hair can be such a terrible thing.’
