Paris Hilton and Victoria Beckham launched their new products yesterday in London

Victoria Beckham and Paris Hilton went head-to-head yesterday as they plugged new products in London.

Posh, 34, arrived at Harrods in Knightsbridge to promote her dVb jeans range, while the heiress was at Selfridges on Oxford Street to sell her perfume Can Can.

Paris, 27, in a white dress, matching hat and Louboutin heels, received the most attention after bringing her event forward to noon to beat Posh.

Flanked by her bodyguards and boyfriend Benji Madden, 29, she spent 15 minutes chatting with fans while Oxford Street was temporarily closed.

‘There was pandemonium,’ an onlooker tells the Daily Star.

‘The street had to be shut down before hundreds of fans flooded into the store.’

But an anti-fur protest, although not aimed at Posh, marred her entrance into Harrods.

The Spice Girl sported flared jeans and a corset top for the high-profile launch.
