Kym Marsh is sure she will never forget the little boy she lost last year.
Tiny son Archie was premature and died moments after he arrived in February 2009.
'It's hard to give birth and never hear those precious moments - the first cries a mother cherishes when their child enters the world,' Kym, 34, reveals.
'To leave the hospital without your baby is even harder. It was the most painful experience I have ever gone through. Not a day goes by when I don't think of my beautiful son.'
The trauma of the experience drove Kym and boyfriend Jamie Lomas, 30, apart, but they got back together a month later.
'I was numb to the core,' the Coronation Street star tells the Sunday Mirror. 'All I wanted to know was why it had happened to me. And no one could tell me, which made it even harder to accept my loss.
'What happened tears people apart and sometimes they don't recover from it.'
