Steven Burky must stay at least 100ft from the actress

Jennifer Garner's married to Ben Affleck

Jennifer Garner has won a restraining order against a man she says has been stalking her since 2002.

A judge has ruled that Steven Burky, 36, must stay at least 100ft from the pregnant actress, 36.

It also covers her husband Ben Affleck, 36, and their two-year-old daughter, Violet.

The order will expire in 2011.
